Deposit / Payment / Refund Policy

A minimum of 6 people is required.

          $75 per person / per day

          $70 per person / per day for groups of 10 people or more

We request a deposit of $75 per person to hold your reservations.  The remaining balance is due at the end of your stay.

Cancellations before July 1st will receive 100% refund of their deposit.  If you choose to cancel after July 1st, your deposit is non-refundable unless a replacement is booked.
